Kitesurfing Colombia

One of the best places to kite surf in Colombia has to be in La Guajira, in Northern Colombia. Due to its flat, shallow sea and consistent, high winds virtually the whole year, Cabo de la Vela is one of the top locations in the world for kiteboarding lessons. You don’t see too many people kitesurfing in Santa Marta due to the crazy winds, the wind changes direction in Santa Marta it can make kitesurfing very difficult.

Peoples Thoughts on Kitesurfing in Colombia

Kitesurfing in Cabo de la Vela I'm not even sure where to begin... When you get there, everything seems perfect. The atmosphere is wonderful, everyone is really helpful, and the kitesurf instructors are very nice, knowledgeable, and laid back. We stayed for one week and would have liked to stay longer. Surprisingly, kitesurfing went smoothly owing to clear instructions. Regards, gentlemen! We'll be back soon!!

Perfect Kitesurf Experience
Very great for a first time kitesurfing experience. The faculty, staff, and school are all excellent. The team gives you excellent care and attention so that you may enjoy and advance. When you're not on the water, the nearby amenities are excellent. A small family restaurant with a seating area and hammocks provides meals at the school. Good environment for talkative and contemplative individuals. They can arrange accommodations immediately across the street. They can also arrange transportation for you. Additionally, the school is working to maintain the beach tidy. The experience becomes better the longer you stay, so staying for more than three days is best.

First Time Kitesurfing in Colombia
The twelve-hour kitesurfing class we had was a great experience. The English-speaking teachers performed a terrific job of guiding us through the kite setup, flying, feeling how it would move us, standing on the board, and eventually controlling driving even though we had no prior kitesurfing expertise. up and down winds In addition to the enjoyment on the water, the Kitesurf school is a great location to unwind in between lessons. We also want to express our gratitude to the kitesurfing school for all of their assistance in arranging our transportation from Riohacha to Uribia and then to Cabo de la Vela for our instruction.
